Instant Messaging, SMS texts, direct phones – nothing is beyond the purvue of the scammer. We will try our best to protect you and your PC (and your pocketbook!) from them, we cannot guarantee this.
We staff our hotline with knowledgable staff, waiting for your call to confirm or deny any suspicious activity you see on or about your PC.
We even recommend that you can give our phone number to the scammers with the statement “please call my (IT guy/son/friend), they’ll be happy to help you” and get those scammers off the phone as quickly as possible!
